No more waiting for the delivery person or queuing in stores, as soon as their order is ready, the customer is notified and can come by at a time that suits them. The boxes are secure, the customer receives his unique code by text message to collect his order. All this while ensuring full traceability from the creation of the order to the receipt of the package by the customer.
Prerequisites
- Addition of the locker by Mobilus.
- Define the recovery time for a normal order and that for a sensitive order (administrator account Configurations / System parameters / Integrations).
- Define the mode of communication with the customer: email and / or SMS (Administrator account Configurations / System parameters / Integrations).
- If the delivery is made by a delivery person : Mobile app v3.
If the chosen communication mode is SMS: the customer must have a mobile phone number in his customer file to receive the message.

Order process
- Creation of the order with selection of an intelligent locker.
- Same steps up to status: ready to deliver.
- The delivery person takes charge of the order and goes to the address of the locker.
- During delivery a unique code is displayed, the delivery man can open the locker and place the order, see article Deliver an order to a locker by a delivery person.
- The order is marked completed in Mobilus.
- The customer receives his unique code with the address to pick up your order.
- The customer picks up his order.
- The locker is available for a next order.
For each step, Mobilus records full traceability.
Delivery of an order by an employee
If the delivery is made by a delivery person from the mobile application: deliver an order.
- The order is in the status 'Ready to deliver'
- An employee retrieves the code for opening the locker: open the order form by clicking on the button
- Open the locker using the delivery code.
- Close the order detail window then select the order then click on the 'Delivered' button at the top of the page
- The customer receives the notification to collect his order.
- The order is marked completed in Mobilus.
The customer does not pick up his order on time
If the customer does not open the locker on time: a pickup is automatically created in Mobilus and the delivery person can pick up the order and bring it back.

At any time it is possible to obtain a code to open the locker.

Locker opening without order retrieval
If the customer opens and closes the locker without picking up his order. The locker is released for a next order, the locker opening codes are therefore no longer valid.
Contact the locker provider specifying which locker is blocked.
