What are tags?
With tags adapt Mobilus to your delivery system, create tags for geographic areas, transit times or specific customer needs. Anything that can be useful for a delivery person to simplify his work can be added.
The tags allow you to have a visual icon on the delivery person's application or on the web application in order to make reminders, avoid oversights or submit important information to deliverers or internally. Completely customizable, this is the information you used to write directly on packages intended for delivery people.
Here are some examples of tags:
- Alert tags:
- Urgent: This tag sends a message in real time to the driver to notify them that there is an urgent order at the organization, thus saving you from having to call the courier.
- Tags without alerts:
- Call: To remind the courier to call the customer prior to delivery.
- Fridge: To remind the courier to not forget a fridge item.
- Floor: To remind the courier to not forget a floor item.
- Signature: To remind the courier to have the customer sign for their order.
Consider making small tags for the mobile version of delivery people or choosing visible colors. Ideally choose icon or short text only.
Some tags may be invisible on the mobile app for the delivery person or even make the order invisible on the mobile app. Contact us to activate if this free option is not available on your account.
