Why use the manifest?
A manifest allows you to add a list of items to a single order. Upon delivery, the receiver needs to confirm the presence of all items.
Examples:
- multiple packages that are to be delivered to a single address
- delivering to a long term care facility
How to use a manifest?
When creating a new order, it is possible to add items to a manifest by clicking on "Available items":

Additional items can be added manually on the right-hand side for a one time scenario so they don't impact future orders. These unique items are shown with a
Click on an item from the left-hand side to add it to the order.
It is possible to search for existing items in the manifest:
Validation text is the text that will be displayed to the recipient to confirm an order with manifest items. If there are multiple validation texts available, the selected text(s) will be displayed under the item list.
How to confirm a manifest during delivery?
The different items are represented by their icons (client or order). The validation status of each item is represented by the following icons:
- To be processed
- Presence confirmed
- Absence confirmed
The text previously selected by the merchant will be displayed at the bottom of the manifest.
How to configure the validation text for the receiver
In the configuration settings, you can select the default text.
You can also select the text when creating an order. If more than one text is available, the one selected by default will be displayed. The user creating an order can select a different text than the default one.
