Requirements for the Mobilus Phone App

Operating system

The Mobilus application is available for Apple smartphone with iOS 12.3.3+ or Android with OS version 7+.

For best performance we recommend using a smartphone with Apple iOS 12.4.2+ or Android 9+.

 

Internet connection

In order to use the Mobilus app efficiently, we strongly recommend getting a mobile plan with a minimum of 1Gig of data per month. This will allow you to send and receive enough data to cover 1 200 deliveries per month.

 

Accessories

A car USB charger and a cellphone holder is recommended.

 

Install the Mobilus app

For Android:

Get it on Google Play

  1. Open Google Play (You may have to create a Google Play account)
  2. Search "Mobilus"
  3. Select “Mobilus” or by "Mobilus Technologies"
  4. Click on Install
  5. Authorize access to the phone’s cellular data
  6. Open the app
  7. Log into your account

For iPhone:

Download in the App Store

  1. Open the App Store
  2. Search for “Mobilus” or by "Mobilus Technologies"
  3. Select "Mobilus" from the list of suggestions
  4. Select the app and click on Get
  5. Open the app
  6. Log into your account
