This functionality allows you to specify a list of authorized recipients. Authorized recipients are people allowed to receive the package on behalf of the client. If the client has multiple authorized recipients, the driver will be able to select the one to whom he left the package with. This information will be available in the client's order history.
It is possible to make this functionality mandatory via System Settings > Options for delivery.
