To configure the satisfaction surveys, click on the menu in the top right corner > Configuration > System Settings.
This function lets you send satisfaction surveys to your customers post-delivery.
Communication method used to send a survey to the customer on successful deliveries
- No survey
- Survey by SMS only (if cell phone present)
- Survey by automated call only (if phone number is present)
- Survey by SMS if cell phone number is present, by automated call otherwise (if phone number is present)
Do not send a survey to the customer if a previous survey was sent within
Allows you to configure a time limit before sending a satisfaction survey. A survey will then be sent once per time limit configured (days).

Instructions content for a survey by SMS
Message that will be sent after the initial message if the survey is sent by SMS. Usually this message will simply indicate how to answer to the survey by SMS.

Thank you note content, to send a customer after receiving his response
Message sent once your customer has completed the survey. Usually a thank you note.
