The daily indicators display the current day's statistics and the values for the last seven days.
- Customers served: displays the number of completed deliveries
- Unable to complete delivery: displays the number of failed deliveries
- Average preparation time: average delay between the client's call and having the package ready for delivery (Customer's call time must be activated; please refer to System Settings > Workflow)
- Average delivery time: average delay between when ownership was taken by the courier and the first delivery attempt (doesn't consider the time lingered in Ready for delivery) *
- Average service time: average delay between the client's call and first delivery attempt **
* : Only orders without time contraints (delivery time) are considered
** : Does not take pick-ups into consideration
