Manual reorganization of orders

Manual scheduling of orders ready for delivery.

This functionality is accessible even after an automatic route optimization.

  1. When your orders are in the On the Road tab, by clicking on the Manual Optimization icon.optimisation_manuelle.png
  2. Choice of starting position.
  3. Choice of the desired start time.
  4. Choice of respecting or not respecting clients' time constraints.
  5. Drag the controls into the desired order by pressing the button with the 3 bars.
  6. Validate the route.

The merchant is notified of the route as well as the estimated arrival times (ETA) for each of the customers.

Manual reorganization can be done as many times as needed.

Mobilus also offers an automatic calculation of the best possible route: Route optimization.

 

The scheduling button is not visible?

In the Settings of your mobile application, section Display, make sure to activate the function: Reorganize deliveries.
