The only difference compared to a classic order is in the selection of the address: choose the box. The locker is a new address to be added to the customer file.
- Choose or create the customer.
- Make sure that the customer has an email address or a mobile number entered to receive his notification.
Click on 'Add a locker'
Select the desired locker.
- Check the address of the locker.
Choose the format.
The rest of the order is created as a regular order. See article Create an order
When a locker is selected it is blocked for 15min, if the order is not finalized within this time the locker will be released for another order.
Check 'Limit the duration of the customer code' if it is a sensitive order (refrigerated products for example). By default, a customer has 7 days to collect his order or 3 hours in the case of a limited-time order, this value can be modified by Mobilus if necessary.
Orders delivered in lockers have a locker tag on their address for easy identification.
