When a patient reports not having received one or more locker notification SMS messages, you need to verify with them whether these SMS messages were marked as spam by their Android phone.
To do this, please follow these steps:
Open the Google Messages app
Tap on the profile picture in the top right corner
Select Spam & blocked conversations
Check if the locker SMS messages are present. The phone number of origin for the locker notification can be seen in the reservation history of each reservation within the locker report.
For any locker SMS found, open the message and tap Not spam to inform the cellphone this SMS is not a spam. Doing so for all existing locker notification currently in the spam folder will ensure that future notifications will not go in the spam folder.
Other elements to verify
While on the page named Spam & blocked, select the three little dots at the top-right part of the screen and select Blocked numbers.
Deactivate the option Block calls from unidentified callers. This option can block the SMS from those numbers. Also, remove the phone number from the list of blocked numbers by pressing on the "X" at the right of the blocked number and after on Unlock.
