Check if an SMS was marked as spam on iOS and how to recover it

When a patient reports not having received one or more locker notification SMS messages, you need to verify with them whether these SMS messages were marked as spam by their Apple phone.

  1. In Messages, tap the Filters button.

  2. Tap Spam.

  3. Tap the message you want to review.

  4. Tap Not Spam.

  5. Tap Move to Inbox or Move to Inbox and Report Not Spam. The message you selected now appears in your conversations list.

How to authorize unknown senders

  1. Select Settings.

  2. Scroll down the screen and select Apps.

  3. Scroll down the apps pageand select the app Messages.

  4. Deactivate the option Screen Unknown Senders.
