The error message Code invalide or Invalid code is displayed on the smart locker screen after any locker code is entered.
This issue usually happens after a power outage. To confirm the diagnostic, use any current reservation's administrator code on the smart locker screen. If it shows Code invalide or Invalid code after the correct code has been entered, please proceed with the following steps:
- Unplug the smart lockers. Wait 30 seconds before plugging the smart locker back. If you can't reach the power outlet of the smart lockers, please contact Sir Steward*.
- Test any current reservation's administrator code on the smart locker screen to confirm resolution of the issue.
- If the issue is still present, call Sir Steward*
A red flag appears on the reservation box in the smart locker graphic interface
When this icon appears, it generally means there is a current issue with the reservation. You can click on the reservation and on the link show history. You will be able to see each events from most recent to most ancient. The error and its description will be attached to the associated event.
