You will be redirected to log in
Your organization uses a dedicated Mobilus login page. Click Continue to complete your login.
Before continuing:
- Use the same password you use today on Mobilus — nothing new to remember.
- Your password manager might not autofill (1Password, LastPass, Bitwarden, Chrome, etc.). The login page uses a different web address, so your saved password is on the old one. Open your password manager, copy your Mobilus password, and paste it into the new page.
- You will automatically return here once your connection is successful — no need to retype the Mobilus address.
Mobilus secure sign-in
What is changing?
Mobilus is moving to a new sign-in experience. The way you reach our applications and the address you use to do so are unchanged. What changes is the screen on which you enter your password and a few details around it.
Why?
The new sign-in is built on widely adopted authentication standards. It allows us to:
- Use widely adopted authentication standards to keep your account safe.
- Offer single sign-on across Mobilus services that share an address — sign in once and move freely between them.
When does it apply to me?
The change is being rolled out organization by organization, on a staggered schedule. You can tell that your organization has moved to the new sign-in when you see the new two-step screen on your next sign-in. A short in-app message will also confirm the change.
What you will see when you sign in
- Step 1 — Your username. Enter your username and click Next.
- Step 2 — The Mobilus secure sign-in page. You are taken to the Mobilus secure sign-in page. Enter your password and sign in.
You then land in Mobilus exactly as before.
[Screenshots of the two-step screen and the secure sign-in page will be added shortly.]
Your username and password
Your username and password are unchanged. The password you have been using continues to work after your organization moves to the new sign-in. You will not be asked to reset it as part of this change.
About your password manager
If you use a password manager — 1Password, LastPass, Bitwarden, your browser's built-in tool, or any other — be aware that it may not autofill your password on the new sign-in page the first time you visit it. This is because the new page is at a different web address.
To resolve this, simply type your password manually the first time. Most password managers will then offer to save the new page so it autofills on subsequent visits.
Where to find all saved passwords in Google Chrome
If you use Chrome, you can view your saved passwords directly from your browser.
Here are the steps to follow:
- Open Chrome on your PC or Android device.
- Click on the menu in the top right corner (three vertical dots).
- Select "Settings".
- Go to the "Password Manager" section.
- You will see the list of saved passwords, protected by entering your Google password or by a validation code.
Updated password rules (apply on your next password change)
The next time you change or reset your password — and on any new account created from now on — your password will need to meet the following requirements:
- At least 8 characters long
- Includes lowercase letters (a–z), uppercase letters (A–Z), and numbers (0–9)
- Includes at least one special character (such as ! @ # $ % ^ & *)
- No more than 2 identical characters in a row
- Cannot match any of your last 5 passwords
- Cannot include your personal information (your name, email address, etc.)
These rules do not affect your existing password. They apply only when you change it.
Single sign-on across Mobilus services
Once you are signed in, you remain signed in across the Mobilus services that share the same Mobilus address. Signing out of any one of them signs you out of all of them.
Forgot password / reset
The forgot-password and reset-password options are now part of the Mobilus secure sign-in page. The flow itself works the same way: you receive a reset link by email and choose a new password.
For administrators creating user accounts
When you create a new user account in Mobilus, the password you choose for that user must meet the same rules listed above. If the password does not meet the rules, the form will not save the user — instead, the form will display the rules that were not met, allowing you to adjust the password and try again.
We recommend using a password generator (most password managers include one) when creating an account on behalf of someone else.
