- Select the order
- Click on Cancel
- Indicate the reason for canceling the order and your employee code
- Confirm the cancellation:
- Non recurring: Click on Cancel
- Recurring order: Decide whether you want to cancel the selected order only or all subsequent orders
Exceptions
- An order under the Back to Store status cannot be canceled in one step.
- Canceling an order with the Back to Store status is done in two steps: a notification will be sent to the driver about the order's cancellation and the status will switch automatically to On the way. The order will then be found under the Action Required status. You will then be able to definitely cancel the order.
