Editing an Order

  1. Click on the order's pen icon
  2. Edit the necessary field(s)
  3. Confirm the changes:
    • Non recurring order: Edit and Close
    • Recurring order: Decide whether the changes apply on the one order or all subsquent recurring orders

The following fields cannot be modified:

  • Client's first and last name
  • Type of order (delivery or pick up)
  • Frequency (when editing a recurring order)
  • Delivery date of an order currently in the hands of a driver (On the way or Back to store)

Note

When an order is with a driver (On the way or Back to store), they will be notified of the change.
